Serving Suggestions
Eat the eggs directly from the bowl, just like that.
Drizzle your favorite hot sauce or have your eggs with salsa on the side.
Toast a slice of bread, lay down a handful of greens (arugula, spinach, lettuce etc.) and top it all with your egg for a nice open face sandwich.
Make an egg sandwich with your favorite toast, condiments and a slice of cheese.
Recipe Note
How to determine the optimal cook time for your microwave
Microwave time varies depending on the size/depth of your bowl, wattage (power) of your microwave, and the ingredients being used. You will have to play around with it a bit the first time. Start by microwaving your egg mix first for about 55 seconds and then every 5s until the egg is cooked thoroughly and to your liking. Eggs cook fairly fast in the microwave so it would be best not to exceed 5 second intervals. Once you have determined the best setting for your egg, next time use just that.
When using 1Eatz Egg Kits, the recommended microwave time for most settings/bowl combinations is 1 minute and 20 seconds. When done, always check your egg to make sure itβs cooked thoroughly.
