Just like the egg fried rice, here is a recipe for egg fried noodles for days when you don't want to spend hours planning and preparing for lunch or dinner. Healthy home cooked meals just shouldn't take that much effort!
For this recipe, use your favorite 1Eatz Egg Kit and whatever noodles you have on hand, or any type of pasta that you prefer. We simply stir-fry the noodles or cooked pasta with the egg mix. Hard to believe this deliciousness only takes a few minutes.
Ingredients

Water - 2 Tbsp.

Eggs - Qty 2

Pre-cooked noodles of your choice - 1 Cup

Cooking oil - 1 Tbsp.

Optional: Salt or soy sauce - To taste
Directions
Prepare
Empty the contents of the Egg Kit into a bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of water. Make sure to evenly mix the contents so that there are no clumps.
Add eggs and mix well.
Let the egg mix sit for about a minute.
Cook
Add 1 tbsp. of oil to a skillet and place over medium heat.
Add the prepared egg mix and slowly stir until eggs start to scramble.
Add cooked noodles to the skillet and stir with the eggs.
Continue until eggs are cooked thoroughly and mixed evenly with the noodles.
Add salt or drizzle soy sauce now if using. Mix evenly and remove from heat.
