Angie T. is a lifestyle blogger from the DC area who loves all things food and believes that "food is love". She has created this amazing recipe of fried egg atop a warm hearty chicken curry and rice. She uses the Egg Kits to add some texture and flavor to the eggs with all natural vegetables and herbs. Her curry has light savory flavors, is prepared with vegetables and chicken and served over a bed of rice. This is the ultimate comfort food that is quick to prepare and can easily be adjusted to your liking.
You can prepare your curry using Angie's recipe here. If you want to keep the cooking to minimum, simply use the Egg kits with eggs to elevate your left over curry from the night before or your favorite curry from your usual take-out spot.
